Compensation

We offer very aggressive commission structures for Mortgage Consultants. Our Loan Officers are compensated with the highest level commission of industry standards. In addition, we offer bonuses to LO's that meet quarterly expectations which encourages more volume = more success for everyone. We also offer leads for our Loan Officers - not the cold leads - good solid leads, so that our LO's have a good mix of business and are able to stay on top of their game.

MARKET UPDATE: We are currently offering pipeline 'buyouts' for Loan Officers with loans in their pipeline that are looking for a new ‘home’ to fund their loans and to hang their hat. LO's that want to MOVE UP in their career ambitions. Unfortunately in today's market, there are numerous seasoned and quality Loan Officers that have been forced to look for a new company to call theirs. If your current employer went out of business and/or you aren't getting paid on loans, please call our Director of Operations ASAP to set up a confidential 'no commitment' interview. With the help of our Secondary Marketing team, we will assist you in placing those loans and get you paid for them.
