With AFC Direct - our own product line (in addition of the availability of all products & programs on the market) we have proven to have very aggressive rates, and thus made us the envy of the competition. We have the power to Banker or Broker any loan, and offer in house residential, commercial & hard money product assistance and guidance through our Secondary Marketing Team. Of course, we also offer traditional products such as conventional, Jumbo and FHA/VA loans, construction & many other ethnic and state specific programs.

Training
Of course, once we talk about Leadership, we need to touch upon 'training'. For the non-seasoned Loan Officers, we provide complete in-house 'hands on' training. We take pride in our unique approach to building the knowledge base and confidence in anyone new to the industry. We don't just 'throw Loan Officers to the wolves' and expect them to survive. For our seasoned Loan Officers, we have monthly trainings/meetings in each individual office and quarterly Sales Meetings at the Corporate Headquarters for all AFC Mortgage Consultants. Our wide variety of topics includes; marketing, 'Did you know?' seminars about our systems, sales ideas and strategies, market changes, and more! Our LO's leave the trainings refreshed, energized and invigorated - ready to take on any challenge and originate with enthusiasm!
