River Edge, NJ – Approved Funding Corp (“AFC”) a multi state direct lender & mortgage banking organization is pleased to announce that Brian Adler has joined our company as Underwriting Manager. Brian, a Passaic, New Jersey resident, brings many years of mortgage expertise, superior underwriting prowess and sensible quality control experiences to AFC. Brian has spent the last 4 years at another Mortgage company in NYC, prior to which working at Republic SavingsBank (now HSBC) in their UW dept. Brian joins us as Underwriting manager and will mange our efforts for all Underwriting issues as well as to further manage, develop and enhance our Underwriting and Processing departments. We look forward to his contributions in the effort to further streamline our processing-underwriting process! With his refreshing attitude, widespread skills and previous experiences, Brian will hit the ground running, and will be a tremendous asset to our company.
