At Approved Funding applying for a loan or getting more information is easy. We offer you several convenient and secure options to get started.
  1. Fill out our Short Application for a Purchase Mortgage or a Refinance Mortgage. This process will take 2-4 minutes. A Mortgage Consultant will contact you once we receive your application.
  2. Fill out our Complete Application Form. This is highly recommended if you are ready to apply. This process will take 5-10 minutes. You will have the option of saving your application at any time and returning to it later if you wish.
  3. Call us at (800) 475-0123 and one of highly qualified mortgage consultants we will take your application over the phone.
  4. Have a Mortgage Consultant contact you, or have an Application mailed to you.
  5. Download the application material now and mail or fax it to us.

All loan approvals are contingent upon verification of the your credit history, income, documentation of income, assets, debts, as well as a complete underwriting review of an appraisal, survey, and completed loan application package as determined by our underwriter(s). All loan products ultimately require the approval from the underwriting engines of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA and/or the like.

The APRs shown are calculated according to the requirements of Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act. Included in the calculation are the fees charged by Approved Funding and our estimates of the fees and costs you would expect to pay in connection with obtaining your loan.
